Posting a public message

To send a message that can be read by anyone ::

In the search box, type User talk:<username>

so to contact "John Doe", type User talk:John Doe

Click the plus sign beside "edit this page" at the top

Type a message, finish it with "~~~~" and click save.

"~~~~" will look like "neoscient 06:46, 22 February 2006 (EST)" in the post with your username/nickname replacing neoscient
